Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.

Exceptions:

Personalized jewelry

These items can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect/damaged products.

NAMI JEWELS reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If a return package is missing any product or promotional item (such as a free gift), the cost of that item may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

Replacement & Exchange

You can request a replacement or exchange for any eligible product within 30 days.
Replacements are shipped only after the initial return has been received and verified.

How to Initiate a Return

You can easily start a return request by:

Once the request is confirmed:

Please ensure you are available for reverse pickup.
Our delivery partner will attempt pickup; if unavailable, the request may need to be re-initiated.

For areas where reverse pickup is not available, please ship the product using India Post or another courier service.
We will reimburse up to ₹75 for return shipping.
Any additional cost beyond ₹75 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Missing or Empty Parcels

If you receive an empty parcel or missing item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at namijewel09@gmail.com.
A 360° unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory for verification.
Claims without valid video proof or signs of tampering may not be accepted
