Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process orders within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days across India. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available at an additional charge.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below ₹1999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹250 applies.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! International shipping is available at a flat charge of ₹4,500. We ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery worldwide. Shipping timelines may vary based on the destination.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

Replacement & Exchange

You can request a replacement or exchange for any eligible product within 30 days.
Replacements are shipped only after the initial return has been received and verified.

How to Initiate a Return

You can easily start a return request by:

Once the request is confirmed:

  • Please ensure you are available for reverse pickup.

  • Our delivery partner will attempt pickup; if unavailable, the request may need to be re-initiated.

For areas where reverse pickup is not available, please ship the product using India Post or another courier service.
We will reimburse up to ₹75 for return shipping.
Any additional cost beyond ₹75 will be deducted from your refund amount.
